This is the bit where I should probably tell you all about myself - from my early beginnings as a primary school recorder player, to my quest for worldwide domination through music. It all sounds a little contrived, though, so I thought I'd just answer a few obvious questions instead ...

What do I do?
So many things ... more than i should probably!?! Musically speaking: I sing, try to play the guitar and have just started learning the drums. I'm on an Access To Music course called 'Performing Musician' and am working my butt off trying to learn all I can about vocals, guitars, music tech, composition and the business side of things. Non musically: I am awake far too often, I drink far too many fruit smoothies and dance like a crazy-woman as often as possible.

My alter ego is a crazy rock chic, currently inbetween bands (but hoping to sort that out in the very near future). My other alter ego (so many hats, so little time) is a lover of all things harmonious and is a backing vocalist for Tara & The Mysterys.

What are my songs like?
It's never easy to describe your own stuff - all I can ask is that you listen to them, make up your own mind and then maybe let me know (I really have no idea). What I can say, tho, is how I feel about them. Music is my life - it's got me through far too many bad times. Writing songs has always been my way of focusing my emotions and doing something positive with them. The process keeps me sane (ish) and (even tho many of them cover some pretty dark territory) playing them makes me feel alive.

What do i want to do?
A: Take over the world
B: Save the world
C: Bring about world peace

Failing those I want to write, record and perform as much music as possible. I want to write better songs. I want to get into the whole music tech thing. I want to continue my acoustic stuff, but I want to collaberate with other musicians too. I want to try new styles.

I still want to take over the world, tho. A girl's got to dream ...
